Carolyn Slater is CPT Group’s Human Resources Manager. With over 10 years of HR experience, Carolyn strives to enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Carolyn also ensures legal compliance and assists with recruiting and orienting CPT’s employees.
Carolyn received her Professional in Human Resources certification through Brandman University in 2017 and continues to enhance her education by regularly attending trainings and conferences in the field of Human Resources. Her memberships in SHRM, the world’s largest professional society, as well as the California chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Association provide additional opportunities for professional development as well as personal growth.
Carolyn and her husband relocated to Orange County from Los Angeles in 1988, where they raised two children. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys gardening, Pilates, concerts and hiking with her husband and their two dogs.
