
Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy / Notice Expert
Julie N. Green serves as President of CPT Group, Inc., where she leads the company's strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence across all business functions. With more than 20 years of experience in class action settlement administration, she brings rare depth to the role, combining firsthand industry expertise with the vision to position CPT as a long-term leader in an evolving landscape.
Under Julie's leadership, CPT Group continues to set industry benchmarks, expanding its capabilities in technology modernization, client partnerships, and service innovation. She works closely with operations, business development, and management teams to align the organization around client goals and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. Julie collaborates regularly with counsel, court-appointed neutrals, and industry leaders, and is a frequent speaker and author on emerging trends in class action administration.
Julie is also widely recognized as one of the industry's foremost experts in legal notice administration, having personally designed and/or implemented thousands of court-approved notice programs, including complex, large-scale matters. Her expertise in notice strategy, claims administration, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory compliance continues to inform CPT's commitment to precision, neutrality, and court compliance across every engagement.
Julie holds dual B.A. degrees in Drama and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is a devoted mother to two energetic daughters and maintains a lifelong passion for music as an accomplished singer, songwriter, and performer. She dedicates her spare time, when possible, to music therapy for children and has proudly contributed her talents for the past decade as a cast member in the Children's Hospital of Orange County's annual fundraiser, CHOC Follies!

With over 16 years at CPT Group, Randi Martz serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, client engagement, and long-term strategic planning. In this executive capacity, Randi oversees CPT’s business development initiatives, identifies new market opportunities, and leads high-level strategies to expand brand presence and enhance client relationships nationwide.
Randi spearheads the development of tailored legal notification programs, combining secondary market research with industry insight to craft cost-effective and results-driven solutions. She collaborates closely with clients during the RFP process to design recommendations that support settlement goals while optimizing administrative efficiencies.
As a key liaison between CPT’s Sales and Operations Teams, Randi ensures a seamless transition from proposal to execution. Her leadership strengthens cross-departmental collaboration and enhances the organization’s ability to respond to market demands. She also manages a team of skilled professionals, oversees strategic marketing efforts, and contributes to CPT’s ongoing organizational growth.
Randi earned her B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, she enjoys attending church and spending time with her husband and two sons outdoors—whether at the beach, hiking, or on camping trips and proudly embracing her role as a baseball mom.
