Dear Valued Clients,
As news is rapidly unfolding, CPT Group is continually monitoring the evolving spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at CPT.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
As your trusted Class Action Settlement Administrator, we strive to go far beyond the superior quality of services we provide. Even as we deal with this pandemic, our team remains laser-focused on your needs. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, CPT had a Pandemic Plan in place and was ready to handle moments like this, and our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever. Our company was founded on core values — trust, quality, commitment to customers, teamwork, and constant improvement — and our values are unwavering and continue to guide everything we do.
Our clients, class members, our personnel, and their families’ safety and well-being are our top priority.
CPT Group has instituted a portion of our pandemic plan to account for multiple levels of business continuity and includes contingencies for class member support, to case management processes, to IT and data security.
These steps include but are not limited to the following:
- 14-day isolation for employees potentially exposed to COVID-19
- Suspension of global and domestic non-essential business travel
- Limiting office visitors to essential business only
- Enhanced office cleaning
- Teleworking capabilities for all feasible departments
- Pandemic plan testing and readiness
Our management team is regularly reviewing updated guidance from the California Department of Public Health, World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other agencies, and we will adapt our response accordingly.
During this outbreak and unprecedented time, you can continue your trust in CPT Group and rely on us for support.
