In the Lawsuit, Plaintiff alleges breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, conversion and violations of business & Professions Code Section 17200 against Defendant based on the allegation that LA Financial failed to provide adequate notice of automated teller machine (“ATM”) fees being charged in the amount of $2.00.
